Obvious timesaves:
-The 2 Normal Warps (use combat boost alt fire to exit slow-mo state for x increments of 10:00 per use)
-Phoenix Boosting if you are a literal psychopath
-Better OCJ

Things to explore:
-Farsighting the last 3 snipers from inside the villa
-Farsighting all of the left path ending guards and then killing the last 3 on the right side to go through the alternate door
-More open doors from specific lures
