Unlike Agent, rocket starts won't work because the negotiator moves too quickly. Thankfully, the explosion radius of the superdragon's grenades are just right, and you can use the superdragon for the entire run if you don't do the agent mine ending.

EZ Superdragon lineup: Move control stick slightly right instead of completely straight. Your crosshair should be above and slightly to the right of the left edge of the third square from the right. Lookdown and shoot right before you touch the wall.
Horizontally, your crosshair should be right above the left guard. Vertically, it should be between the furthest and second furthest Wooden beams of the dock.
I did it slowly in the video, but you can do much faster than a sniper start.
